Yumi's Cells was one of the biggest webtoon-turned-Korean-dramas of 2021. It eventually reached the hearts of Filipino K-drama fans when it aired on GMA Heart of Asia last March.
Kapuso K-drama fans witnessed Yumi's fall and healing journey, which planted a soft spot for the hit character played by Kim Go-Eun. Her determination to rise from these challenges and her cute personality captured the heart of Brent played by Ahn Bo-hyun.
Together, they figured out the way to love and healing. However, unlike most Korean dramas, Brent and Yumi's story did not have a happy ending, but they sure shared a bunch of kilig moments that shook the hearts of Kapuso viewers.
