Jonas Gaffud is called the beauty queen maker for a reason. He shared why Pia Wurtzbach is the one who would give the Philippines its third Miss Universe title even before Bb. Pilipinas was held.

Jonas Gaffud is called the beauty queen maker for a reason.
The man behind Mercator Artist and Model Management, and one of the mentors of Aces and Queens shared how he felt that Pia Wurtzbach could be the one who would give the Philippines its third Miss Universe title even before the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 pageant was held.
“…I remembered the things that led me to this journey with Pia. After the Miss Universe edition in Miami last January, I went to LA for a short vacation. I meet a friend who told him that the girl I think who could win this is Pia. After two months, she won the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe title,” he shared.
As he trained Pia, his instincts kept getting stronger and the odds seem to be swinging in their favor.
“During our trainings, I was telling her that I wanted the pageant to be held in the US particularly in Las Vegas. When they announced it, I got so excited. Lastly, Pia was requesting for a royal blue gown. When I was informed that Pia can choose a gown she wanted, I really thought this was it,” he added.
After tireless training from the Philippine team, Jonas couldn’t be happier to help Pia bag the crown.
He was also the mentor of Venus Raj, Shamcey Supsup, Janine Tugonon and Ariella Arida who all placed in the Top 5 of the Miss Universe pageant from 2010 to 2013.
