Pia Wurtzbach shared how she bid goodbye to her Miss Universe roommate and friend, Miss Myanmar May Barani Thaw.

In her Instagram post, she disclosed a sweet gesture Miss Myanmar did when she was about to leave. She said, “My roommate and friend, @baranitheint, Miss Universe Myanmar, came by my room before she left to say goodbye.”

Pia added that she gave her a gift to remember their friendship during the pageant.

“I gave her my last pearl earrings to keep and remember me by.” She said.

Miss Universe 2015 added, “I'm so thankful to have met so many amazing women during this journey! #MissUniverse”
