Fans of the 90’s love team Claudine Barretto and late Rico Yan are getting emotional as the actress has been posting letters from the former matinee idol.

The notes, which are nothing short of sweet, reveal the sweetness of the lamented actor.
In one letter, Rico addresses Claudine as ‘baby’, and leaves a disc for her to watch and food for her to eat while she waits for him.
In another one, he refuses to wake Claudine up and writes her a letter instead. He refers to her as Pumpkin, and emphasizes the words ‘I love you.’
The two were a couple until Rico died in his sleep in 2002.
