Raymond Bagatsing rebuffs a Direk Jun Lana poser who wanted to see him naked

Black Rider star Raymond Bagatsing was fuming mad in his tell-all story on Instagram about his experience with an individual who was pretending to be Direk Jun Lana.
Direk Jun is the director of the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry Becky & Badette, which starred Eugene Domingo and Pokwang. He is currently working with It's Showtime host Vice Ganda in the film And The Breadwinner Is.
In a lengthy post on Instagram, the versatile TV-movie actor shared his conversation with the fake Jun Lana via Telegram, wherein the person convinced him to do an improv for an audition for a supposed movie with Lovi Poe and Ivana Alawi.
Raymond recalled, “I did a quick audition thinking it was Direk Jun Lana I was speaking to on Telegram.
“Because I respect, Jun Lana.
“I did a quick audition for him. I took my shirt off upon his request. I did an improv pretending to have my wife who is in Tokyo for a sexy anniversary vid call.
“They said, Ivana Alawi and Lovi Poe are the leading ladies. And that they have agreed to full frontal nudity for the said Tokyo festival.”
But while auditioning, Raymond felt uncomfortable about some of the instructions of the Jun Lana poser and immediately stated that he didn't think that this project was for him.
“Being an actor auditioning I did a sexy scene, a teasing scene. When the fake Jun Lana wanted the character to touch himself and be more realistic, I put my shirt on and said, “sorry Direk Jun this project is not for me”
“He cut the Telegram call and messaged on Telegram. I will post the fake Jun Lana's reply.”

A quick check on Raymond's Instagram page showed the conversation he had with the poser and in one the messages, the person threatened to spread the audition video.
The scammer said to the actor, “You're so unprofessional. If you don't want this thing to spread, pay for the damages or else everything will be public. Mark my words."
Despite the threatening messages, Raymond is staying strong and wants everyone to be wary about scammers, who will deceive and abuse aspiring actors.
He wrote in the captions, “They threatened me to pay for damages or the audition vid will go public.
“I was plainly trusting two respected professionals in the Philippine showbiz industry.
“I have nothing to be ashamed of. It was a professional audition on my part.
“They are extortionists and black mailers. Philippine showbiz please show unity
“please beware of these sick minded people.”
A newbie actor named Julian Roxas commented on Raymond's post and shared his own personal experience about a scammer before.
He posted, “Exact same thing happened to me Kuya Raymond. Should I post my screenshots as well”
Raymond replied to Julian encouraging him to expose this extortionist, “Yes Julian pls post publicly to let these sex scammers- extortionist that we are United."
It seems Direk Jun was already informed about these cases of dubious auditions using his name without permission. On his Instagram page, he posted a statement on the matter.
“In light of recent reports of fraudulent and suspicious audition practices, we at IdeaFirst want to reiterate our commitment to fair and transparent processes. We believe in treating all talents with respect and professionalism. To clarify, we have outlined our audition procedures. Please be cautious of any individuals or entities claiming to be “Jun Lana” or IdeaFirst who deviate from these guidelines.”
