In an interview with Pambansang Bae Alden Richards during his rehearsals for his Dubai Tour this March 10, the actor assured the fans that everything that happened in the March 5 episode of Eat Bulaga's Kalye-serye was all authentic.

He affirmed, “'Yung episode po ng Kalye-serye kanina, wala pong halong ka-showbizan ang nangyari doon; everything was real.”
Alden also reacted towards AlDub’s bashers, he narrated: “Marami naman po talaga. These past few weeks, ayaw nila tumigil; marami sila laging sinasabi.”
Still, Alden is at peace thanks to AlDub Nation’s support. He gushed, “Ang maganda naman po kasi sa AlDub Nation, hindi naman sila naniniwala sa mga [hinihirit] ng mga detractors. 'Yun na lang, sa kanila, kung doon sila masaya, we’ll give it to them, this is a free country naman.”
He also added, "Stay happy, kapit lang kaming dalawa because there are a lot of people who will try to bring us down."
