Lost Sabungeros premiere night

GMA Pictures and GMA Public Affairs's first investigative documentary film titled 'Lost Sabungeros' was finally screened at Gateway Mall 2 on Saturday, November 9, as part of the 12th QCinema International Film Festival.

'Lost Sabungeros' was supposed to have its world premiere at the Cinemalaya International Film Festival in August 2024, but it was canceled because of "security concerns."

The docu film aims to investigate the disappearances of over 30 sabungeros (cockfighters) who have been abducted in various incidents since 2022.

Present at the premiere of 'Lost Sabungeros' were GMA Pictures Executive Vice President and GMA Public Affairs First Vice President Nessa Valdellon, National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts Ricky Lee, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, and the families and loved ones of the missing victims.
