Song Jae-rim, K-drama actor, dies at 39

The Korean drama world lost another star after police confirmed the passing of K-drama actor and model Song Jae-rim. He was 39 years old.
According to the Korean news site Soompi, Seongdon Police Station in Seoul confirmed last Tuesday, November 12, the death of Song Jae-rim.
He was found dead in his apartment in Seoul's Seongdong District.
Authorities also reported the presence of a two-page letter in the actor's apartment, but its content remains unknown.
The police are also yet to confirm the cause of Song Jae-rim's passing, ruling out the possibility of foul play.
“At this point in the investigation, there are no signs of foul play,” a police official stated.
Meanwhile, The Korean Herald reported that Song Jae-rim's coffin will be borne out (carry the coffin by family members and/or friends) on Thursday, November 14, with a ceremony scheduled at noon.
Xportsnews also said that his family put up a memorial space to remember and celebrate his life at the Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital Funeral Hall.
Song Jae-rim was a known South Korean actor and model who rose to fame for his role in the hit 2012 K-drama Moon Embracing the Sun.
He also starred in We Got Married with actor Kim So-eun.
