Cedric’s legal counsel has denied Vina's accusations and are planning to file a motion against the actress.

GMA showbiz reporter Nelson Canlas shared on his Instagram an excerpt of his report showing an emotional Vina Morales seeking the cancellation of the visitation rights of Cedric Lee for detaining their daughter Ceana.

Vina claimed the court allowed Cedric to only spend the whole of Saturday with her daughter, and his violation has resulted to Ceana experiencing trauma.
