After the recent deaths of Superstar Nora Aunor and Filipino Singer and actor Hajji Alejandro, the entertainment industry once again faced a heavy blow when it was announced that veteran actor and director Ricky Davao passed away.
Ara Davao, his daughter, confirmed the news on a Facebook post, sharing that her father “passed away peacefully, surrounded by his children and loved ones, after bravely facing complications related to cancer."
Recently, their Mamita, Asia's Queen of Songs, Pilita Corrales, passed away.
Before Ricky's passing, “Drag Race Philippines” resident judge Jiggly Caliente passed away due to complications brought about by a severe infection on her leg.
