Christian Bautista renews ties with GMA Network

Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista remains a Kapuso after renewing his contract with GMA Network in a ceremonial event on Tuesday, May 6, at GMA Studio 7.
This marks a new chapter in his career as he takes another step forward, deepening his partnership with GMA.
Present in the contract signing were GMA Network President and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., Executive Vice President and CFO Felipe S. Yalong, Officer-In-Charge For Entertainment Group and Vice President for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, and Nyma COO Kat R. Bautista.
On Instagram, Christian expressed how thrilled he is to continue his journey with the media giant. He wrote, "Some bonds only grow stronger with time. GMA has been my home for so many unforgettable moments, and I'm excited to continue this journey together for more years to come!
"Through the years, I've had the honor of being part of some of GMA Network's most memorable projects--sharing my music, my passion, and my heart with all of you. As I continue to grow as an artist, one thing has always remained the same: this is where I belong."
Having been started in the early 2000, Christian rose to fame when he joined a TV singing competition. Fast forward to today, the 43-year-old singer is regarded as one of the most successful balladeers of his generation after building his artistry through dedication, practice, and a deep passion for music. Not to mention, his vocal talent and influence set him apart, earning him a loyal following not just in the Philippines but in other countries in Southeast Asia as well.
Christian's vast knowledge and expertise have also made him a valued mentor to younger artists, who look to him for guidance, inspiration, and support as they navigate their own musical journeys.
In fact, Christian is set to return as part of The Clash panel this 2025, alongside Philippine Comedy Queen Aiai Delas Alas and Asia's Nightingale Lani Misalucha. He also continues being a mainstay in the Kapuso noontime show All-Out Sundays.
