Netizens were impressed on how professional Jose was during the incident and a lot of people praised the talented comedian for turning an embarrassing moment into a funny one.

Many Kapuso fans also advised Jose to see a doctor since the river appears to be dirty and take extra precautions next time.

As of writing, the video titled “Jose Manalo, aksidenteng nahulog sa ilog” has garnered 831,976 views since it was uploaded on YouTube.
