Brushing off network rivalry, Ivan Mayrina of GMA, Atom Araullo of ABS-CBN, and Renz Ongkiko of TV5 readily had their photos taken together.

Fallen debris, bloodied and distressed civilians, and traffic in standstill. These were just few of the unpleasant sights at the earthquake simulation of Metro Manila Development Authority’s (MMDA) shake drill that happened today, June 22.

Among the chaos, however, were three good-looking reporters from different major networks who went to cover the event and made the exercise more visually bearable.

Ivan Mayrina of GMA, Atom Araullo of ABS-CBN, and Renz Ongkiko of TV5 were all at the scene for the coverage of the MMDA shake drill. The three good-looking media men brushed off rivalry for a photo opportunity.

Atom and Renz have also posted the same photo in their social media accounts. The former referred to his fellow reporters as “ang mga kuya ko sa pamamahayag,” while the latter admitted to look up to the other two as his “idols in the industry.”

Their photo which has gone viral on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram were commended by netizens.

With these reporters around, we bet a lot are rather ready for a fire drill. What do you think, Kapuso?
