Timothy is seeking for an annulment but the actress’ legal counsel has stressed that granting this is not part of Sunshine’s plans.
Amidst their marital controversy and Sunshine Dizon filing a case against him in court, the actress’s ex-husband Timothy Tan appears to take his plea to Twitter.

A supposed account named John Timothy Tan and with username @tantim99 began his tweet, saying, “Set me free.”
“Let’s make our separation legit. Let’s both be happy. Hindi lang ikaw ang nasasaktan,” his post continued.
