Preparations are in full swing as Ken Chan is set to stage his first solo concert on August 19, Friday at Zirkoh Tomas Morato. Titled My Destiny: Ken Chan Live in Concert, the special event is set to showcase his versatility as a performer.
The Kapuso actor admits that his performances will push him beyond his comfort zone but looks forward to giving a good show and enjoying his career milestone.
The concert will be a reunion project with film and television director Real Florido, his director in Cinemalaya film 1st Ko Si 3rd. Additionally, his colleagues turned friends will grace the concert as supporters and performers. The guest lineup includes '80s music icon Manilyn Reynes, his Destiny Rose co-stars Fabio Ide and Jeric Gonzales, comedians Divine and Tammy Brown, and singer-actor RJ Agustin.
A singer by heart, Ken hopes that he gets to fulfill his destiny by sharing his musical prowess and heart with everyone.
