Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa star Benjamin Alves had the chance to interview Miss France’s Iris Mittenaere hours before she was crowned at the 65th Miss Universe competition.

 

I had the pleasure of interviewing our newest Miss Universe, @irismittenaeremf, the night before she won the crown. She's truly an elegant and very deserving woman! She says she can't get enough of our mangoes (actually all of the women said this hahah). We are glad to have shared this journey with you these past few weeks. Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa star Benjamin Alves had the chance to interview Miss France’s Iris Mittenaere hours before she was crowned at the 65th Miss Universe competition.

The Kapuso hunk thinks the French beauty embodies the qualities of a Miss Universe winner, “She’s truly an elegant and very deserving woman! Notice how humble and candid she is, not to mention her focus: great qualities for someone who will represent the crown.”

In her three-week stay in the Philippines, Iris said she will miss the Filipino warmth and the best mangoes in the world.

Benjamin surely enjoyed his short but sweet interview with the 24-year-old beauty queen, “Best of luck on your reign, [and] I hope you will be able to visit the Philippines again!”
