The celebrity doctor has finally reached her first million followers on the photo-sharing social media network, and she wrote a sweet message to thank them.
 
“If only I can give a flower to each of my follower I would! I’m grateful that you have followed and stayed through my ups and downs. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives. A million kisses to all of you. Here’s to more memories to be shared,” Vicki said.
