Newlyweds Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho went to the island of Capri in Italy together with their daughter, Scarlet, for a picture-perfect honeymoon. However, in the middle of her honeymoon, the celebrity doctor became the subject of social media debate as she expressed how she loves to “pretend to be rich” in Capri in one of her posts.

In the video uploaded by Vicki on her Instagram account, she was heard saying these lines while panning her camera phone at the scenery, “You know what I love doing when I’m here? I love to pretend that I’m rich.”

She continued, “So I have these helpers who are uniformed. I’m staying in my garden villa, and then I'm surrounded by these beautiful majestic trees and clear, clear sunny skies. Of course, I have to have a huge swimming pool. So here's a pool, my guests are hanging around, sarap ng buhay noh? I mean you can pretend for two days and you don’t have to spend for the upkeep. Capri is a beautiful island and romantic. And now the rain is gone, we can explore it.” 

Netizens quickly wrote their reactions on the doctor’s comments section after watching the said video. Some described Vicki as "cute” for her post and said that she’s not only rich but also blessed.

On the other hand, there were also some who criticized the doctor for not being content with all the money and the lavish life that she’s already living in.

Meanwhile, some netizens pointed out that the celebrity doctor should be allowed to “dream big” despite her success.
