I would like to take this time to honor you Illa of this great accomplishment to finish college. I know life has not been easy for you ever since you started studying in La Salle. Every day was a struggle as you had to commute to school every single day and I would like to apologize that you had to experience that. There were times I hoped that I could just be like the mother I was before, bringing you to and picking you up from school, but I couldn't because I have to work and attend to so many things as a single mom. If there was one thing I wished for in my life, it was for all my children to have a comfortable life and to be able to provide for all your needs. I thank God each day that I have the best daughters a mother can ask for. Daughters who are very responsible, humble, hardworking and respectful. I thank and appreciate you Illa for always appreciating even the little things I do for you, like how you would always thank me when I bring or pick you up in front of the MRT station or how you would say thank you every time I give you the money you need for school. You have this very funny face whenever you ask something from me because hiyang-hiya ka to ask from me whether it’s for baon, for your mrt, for books or whatever you need. I just really appreciate that about you. You are one good example of a child who shows no entitlement at all. When girls your age would ask or demand parents for new gadgets, shopping for new clothes and other material things, here you are na hiyang-hiya to ask from me even for baon.I guess I was successful in raising all of you to learn the value of money and hardwork. You even opened an online shop so you could earn extra money for your needs and wants in life. Or even to buy your own food for your always hungry tummy.???? I know how hard your journey has been with all the sleepless nights of studying, commuting, the countless tears while studying for your hard subjects, losing weight with all the walks to and from the MRT station, having pimples and breakouts on your face and with all the stress in school and yet you still managed to excel in school and be part of the Dean’s List countless times.I'm so proud of you! I ??you

Matatandaan naghiwalay si Bong at Almirah noong 2011, at naiwan kay Almira ang tatlong anak nila, sina Yssa, Illa at Inna.
