Sa isang exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com during the 2018 Christmas Station ID shoot, ibinahagi ng multi-talented actress ang kahalagahan ng animal adoption.

"You are making a difference. I mean, why spend fifty to a hundred thousand [pesos] to buy a dog when you can get a dog with the same heart, even street smart, and a mix of all breeds pa for free?

"A lot of people are complaining about they're loveless and they're lonely, wala silang kasama sa bahay. Love is free and waiting for you literally around the corner. It's just really opening their eyes to adopt and not shop."

Kuwento pa ni Heart, abala man daw siya maraming bagay ay hindi niya nakakalimutan ang PAWS.

"It has just always been my passion. I'm busy with other things, but I also don't want to forget the ones na hindi masyado napapansin, especially with our culture. There's slowly [an awareness] now, but you still need to create that awareness na hindi lang sila pang kalye. That's why I'm very passionate about it."
