The two hours seemed fleeting for Raymond Gutierrez and his fans. Fortunately, we have the excerpts from his official transcript just in case you missed it.
A consummate host and emcee is what we mostly know about him. But as proven during our second iGMA Live Chat with him last August 13, 2008, the charming Raymond Gutierrez has a lot more in store for us as he once again wowed his fans from all over the world when he got to reply to all the greetings, questions, and well wishes from those who were lucky enough to have logged on that day. Ü raymondgutierrez: adventure na may suspense about a group of young filipinos. like a barkada movie. mac_apple: hi mond, you said in your past interviews that you want a travel show...if you'll have it give some places here or outside the country that you want to visit? raymondgutierrez: siguro europe. either paris or london. pag sa pilipinas naman, i wana go back to palawan. or maybe batanes. lilbluemuffin: chynna ortaleza mentioned that you two are close friends. how long have you known her? :) raymondgutierrez: my first two shows siya yung cohost ko sa stage 1 live. and sa click barkada hunt. tapos magkasama pa kami sa gigsters. ive known her for awhile na. :) chardgelmarie2007: Hi Mond! It's Marie, from Cali. How are you? I just have to say you're one of my fave hosts because you not only speak pleasantly, but you also listen very carefully to the people you interview. That's what sets you apart from the rest. raymondgutierrez: mari thank you for always supporting us! hope to see you soon! mac_apple: hi mond! i'm sure everyone we'll wait for that birthday special :) raymondgutierrez: yup! everyone is excited. catch it the whole month of january. sana the plans push thru. :) lilbluemuffin: wow, so you'd like to be a filmmaker. if you could make your very own movie right this moment, what would it be about? or, at least, what genre would it be? raymondgutierrez: horror! i like scary movies. you have to watch this spanish scary movie... the orphanage. pero you have to read the subtitles. lilbluemuffin: how was it like growing up with a twin? were you always dressed exactly alike, as we all saw on TV and the movies? raymondgutierrez: before as kids we would dress the same. pero now... hindi na! YESS!!! sgoloj: What genre of books are you into? Any fave novel you'd recommend? :p raymondgutierrez: i like reading biographies and interesting articles in magazines like time, vanity fair and a lot more. jayarflutist: you are a great host,right,where did you that kind of style in hosting a pageant or show? raymondgutierrez: through experience and through hosting difrent kinds of shows. marian_rivera_no1_fan: who is better looking u or ur brother richard and who is older?? raymondgutierrez: chard is older. PLS REPLY:)) raymondgutierrez: no friendster or multiply. but i have a myspace so you can look for that. :) tsuperchin: do you believe that twin have a telepathy raymondgutierrez: wow. pang xmen. naahh i dont think we have that. although it would be cool to have haha akioboi: hello again raymond..what's your offscreen relationship like with your ASERO brother, Richard? =) raymondgutierrez: chard and i are very close. we agree on a lot of things but we also argue sometimes about little things. pero next day bati na ulit. and wre also very supportive of each others career. butler: speaking of alessandra, sad naman na nasa rival station na siya. are you guys friends? raymondgutierrez: last time i saw alesandra was our event for living it up. of course were still frineds. and im happy for for her coz shes working again and shes so talented. akioboi: ..KAPUSO rules here in IMUS CAVITE!!! =) raymondgutierrez: yay thak you for being a kapuso! mac_apple: hey mond! :) what reality show do you want to join as a contestant?...do you think you can be a contestant in survivor and who do you want to go with you? :) raymondgutierrez: feeling ko if i join survivor il be the first to be booted out haha! akioboi: nga pala raymond, when we see you on the red carpet, you're always very glamorous. we never see you in T-shirts. =) raymondgutierrez: its because of my job that i have to wear suits. but normaly i like being in thsirts, jeans and sweaters. butler: From the Top 12 ng Pinoy Idol, honestly, who did you think would make it in the Final 3? raymondgutierrez: early favorites were mae, robby and penelope. but we have to respect the peoples decision on who they want. and im hapy for gretchen, jayanne, and ram coz they worked very hard. chardgelmarie2007: Mond what's next after Pinoy Idol? I miss you and Chard doing SOP Gigsters. Is there any chance that they revive Gigsters in SOP? I would also love to see you in your own talk show, is this something you would be interested to do in the future? raymondgutierrez: i miss sop gigsters also! maybe in the future theyll bring it back. with the talkshow, why not! id love to host that. akioboi: mond, how was it working on camera with Tim Yap? SARAP! sgoloj: What is the biggest risk you've taken? ;p raymondgutierrez: biggest risk for me is entering showbiz again. iloveyoujen: close ba kayo ng mga nagiging gf ni chard? raymondgutierrez: of course. mac_apple: try reading twilight :) it's a modern day love story of a vampire and human and it's action-packed! raymondgutierrez: jolina also recommended that. sige i’ll buy and see if i like it. akioboi: mon since you've been hosting Pinoy Idol, can you sing a few lines of you fave song? plsss..hehe =) raymondgutierrez: wait lang wag muna ngayon at baka umulan haha iloveyoujen: parati ba kayng nagaaway ni chard? raymondgutierrez: hindi. pero just like any other siblings we get into arguments pero hindi nagiging malaki because we resolve it right away. mac_apple: sayang! there might still be another chance to go to santorini. i really want to see santorini even before pa. :( raymondgutierrez: i heard sobrang ganda daw dun. lahat view parang postcard. so i really wana visit. akioboi: mond, my 12yo sister would want to ask you if how are you going to impress your date? =) raymondgutierrez: never ask about religion, age and other more personal things on the first date. you hav to make a good impression! we did an episode on living it up about dating! so watch out for it! akioboi: mond what do you guys do on set of Pinoy Idol during breaks? =) raymondgutierrez: kwentuhan lang. and believe it or not MABAIT pala si wyngard! butler: if you were given the chance, what would you want featured on living it up? raymondgutierrez: marami. just bringin u guys the latest when it comes to whats new with events, restos, fashion and a lot more. iloveyoujen: do have a time to bond with your fans? raymondgutierrez: i love doing the livechat kasi it gives me time to bond with u guys! burntwords: pick one host you most admire, either here or abroad. raymondgutierrez: i like conan o brian coz hes sooo funny! iloveyoujen: sana magkaroon kau ng show ni chard ng kayng dalawa lang. raymondgutierrez: before we had gigsters and it was fun. iloveyoujen: sino sa mga kapuso stars ang gusto mong makatrabaho? raymondgutierrez: someone from the news team kasi never ko pa sila nakatabaho. century: gusto mo bang maging international host? raymondgutierrez: maybe when im older but not right now. mac_apple: do you still live with your family or are you on your own? raymondgutierrez: i live on my own now but i might move back with my parents soon. hope i survive haha! mac_apple: maybe you can also try doing a docu with the news team. it'll be nice to watch! raymondgutierrez: id be honored to be part of any documentary with the news team. alam ko how hard they work for that. butler: If Richard asks you to create a show for him, ano yung perfect role for your twin brother? raymondgutierrez: something like the beach of leonardo di caprio coz he loves the beach and gusto niya action and suspense. iloveyoujen: babalik pa ba si nicole anderson sa showbiz miss na din nmin sya. raymondgutierrez: i miss her too. shes studying right now per pagkatapos, hopefully she comes back to manila!
