“Tonight was incredible,” said Julie Anne San Jose after winning two awards at the 4th Wish 107.5 Music Awards.
Asia's pop sweetheart Julie Anne San Jose won the Wish Urban Song of the Year for her single "Down for Me" featuring Fern at the 4th Wish 107.5 Music Awards held at the Araneta Coliseum yesterday, December 15.
She received 25,000 pesos worth of cash prize while her chosen beneficiary, the Children's Rehabilitation Center, will receive 100,000 pesos.
Julie Anne was also given the Bronze Wishclusive Elite Circle award for her cover of Parokya ni Edgar original "Your Song (My One and Only You)", which has over 16 million views.
Both "Down for Me" and "Your Song" is part of her latest extended play, Breakthrough, which is available in iTunes and Spotify.
On her Instagram post, Julie Anne took the opportunity to thank fans who voted for her to win the award.
She wrote, “Tonight was incredible. Maraming salamat @wish1075 sa parangal! Thanks also to those who voted. S/o to @universalrecordsph for making this possible.
“Lastly, to all my supporters, forever grateful for your love and energy. Cheers to OPM [heart emoji].”
