Kapuso primetime actress Heart Evangelista has finally set the record straight about the rumors that she is filming in China for sequel of the romantic-comedy movie Crazy Rich Asians.
Is Heart Evangelista part of a big Hollywood movie to be shot in China?
In a tweet yesterday, January 21, Heart explained that she is doing a different project in China, which she can't wait to share to everyone.
“For those of you asking I am not in China to film for crazy rich :) I am here for something else -- can't wait to share.”

The sequel, titled China Rich Girlfriend, is based from the best-selling novel of Kevin Kwan. It continues to follow the adventure of lovebirds Rachel Chu and her billionaire boyfriend Nick Young.
Heart previously admitted that she auditioned for the first installment of the movie franchise.
“That's my little secret and I almost got the part actually, that's what he (Kwan) told me," she said.
