Model-actor Clint Bondad to netizen: "I am not trying to be perfect"
The hottie boyfriend of the Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray posted a throwback photo of himself on Instagram yesterday, January 27.
Clint shared a funny story about asking a girl about what haircut would look good on him and offered some advice to guys about 'staying alpha.'
“As long as you are comfortable nothing matters!
“Comfortable and KEEPING your BALLS is the goal!
“Something we men really need to hammer into our brain over and over again!
“So here you go! Stay alpha and pray that in 10 more years you look even better!
“GO KILL IT! STAY MOTIVATED AND AGGRESSIVE!”
Instagram user @missosology_realness reacted to Clint's IG post and called him out for promoting the 'machismo' attitude.
“Stay Alpha'? Im sorry Clint I respect you and all but who are you trying to impress here? Men or women. If its women which is the fairer sex then you should know that we women are not impressed by all that aggression, male chauvinistic jargon and 'alpha talk' and male Bravado and machismo.
“You should instead be teaching these Boys how to be atrue Gentleman.
“To Stay humble, to act chivalrous, to be sensible and romantic, to mind their maaners, stay humble and above it all to Love women not toc hallenge them.”
Clint immediately replied to the negative response of @missosology_realness and pleaded not to overanalyze his Instagram post.
He also explained that 'alpha' doest not mean being 'douche.'
“You wasted your time on this,” Clint said.
“Nobody said that being alpha means that you can't be all of your above mentioned attributes too.
“Alpha literally means leader. It's amind set. It's not being a 'douche' as you might wrongfully translate it as.
“You seem like you love analyzing things I am fan of your work, very interesting but on this you over analyzed. Appreciate your response.”
