Kapuso actress Carla Abellana got emotional as she signed another exclusive contract with GMA Network today, January 31.
Carla is celebrating 10 years in show business as well as 10 years with the Kapuso Network.
"I'm very happy. Tenth year ko na! Tenth year ko na in show business, 10th year ko na rin sa GMA. To say na sobrang happy and sobrang grateful ako na nag-trust ulit ang GMA sa akin, is an understatement. Talagang ninanamnam ko," she said tearfully.
Carla says that she is very excited to start working again.
"Sobrang happy ako na pinagbigyan ako ulit, na binigyan ako ng opportunity ulit. Sobrang happy kasi excited na kong magtrabaho. Hindi lang siya blessing for the new year blessing din siya for my 10th year in show business. I'm happy," she said.
She also looked back at some of the memorable projects she did with the network.
"From Rosalinda till now, today. Wow, ang bilis ng panahon. Sinasabi nila mas mabilis 'yung panahon kapag busy ka. Pero for me, parang mas mabilis 'yung panahon kapag enjoy mo talaga 'yung ginagawa mo," Carla shared.
Also present at Carla's contract signing were here manager Arnold Vegafria, GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, GMA Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth G. Rasonable, GMA Vice President for Drama Productions Redgie Acuña-Magno and GMA Senior Assistant Vice President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara.
