Mahigit isang dekada ring nawala sa Kapuso network ang dating 5 and Up host.

Officially a Kapuso: Atom Araullo joins GMA News and Public Affairs

Sa sit-down interview ng GMANetwork.com kay Atom Araullo kaninang umaga, March 21, ibinahagi niyang marami siyang natutunan sa world-class team na bumubuo sa GMA News and Public Affairs.

Wika ni Atom, “Okay naman masaya. I've been doing a lot of things, very happy with the range of work that I'm allowed to do here.

“[I am] absolutely learning so much from the people that make up GMA News and Public Affairs.

“It's great because I feel like I'm looking at the world with fresh eyes, which is a great privilege.”

Aniya, "I've been doing this for many years and there's always this danger of getting stuck in your comfort zone, so I really wanted to challenge myself.

“I'm lucky to be working with amazing people and every day feels like an opportunity to become better.”

“There are so many people who are great at this work and the learning never stops.”

“It's incredible, especially getting recognition from young people, who I feel are some of the most important critics of our work.

“I understand that the Gandingan Awards, focuses on development communication, that is recognizing stories that encourage progress especially in marginalized communities.

“Nakakatuwa na kahit papaano nakikita natin 'yung ginagawa natin may katuturan. It's not just something that you throw into the void. If we do the job right nagkaroon siya ng silbi sa buhay ng ibang tao. That's why we do what we do."
