Even the Eat Bulaga Dabarkads have joined in on this amusing trend and shared their take on what it is like to be a dalagang Pilipina.
In an Instagram post, Joey shared a throwback photo of him with Vic Sotto and Jimmy Santos which appeared to be taken from their previous production number in Eat Bulaga. The comedic trio dress like ladies wearing sexy tube tops and wigs.
"Nagbabalik...ang mga...DALAGANG PILIPINA," Joey wrote in his caption.
Meanwhile, netizens can't help but comment on their funny photo.
The "Dalangang Pilipina" craze was popularized by internet sensation Mimi.
He posted a content on Facebook where he is making funny faces to the tune of the song "Dalagang Pilipina" by hiphop group Allmo$t.
As of this writing, Mimi's video has reached more than 4.4 million views on Facebook.
