That is why the people behind the show decided to get interactive and let Paolo and the eliminated castaways to chat online and answer the comments and questions of the viewers. Memorable questions During the Survivor chat there were a lot of questions that were posted while Paolo was online. In fact he hinted that two hours was not enough to answer those who went online and shared that there were a few memorable questions that he loved answering over and over again. "There are numerous questions that were asked again and again like why Thailand? Why not the Philippines? One question that I like answering is when they asked me about my hosting style or why I look like Jeff [Probst of Survivor U.S.], there is just one word for that franchise. If you look of all the versions of Survivor worldwide, Bulgaria, Spain Japan, the hosts are the same, they have a certain get-up, a certain look," narrated the TV host. He further shared that the Jeff warned him about this and he was kind of expecting these reactions from the viewers. "Jeff told me once 'be prepared, not many people will be happy with what you do, I get it all the time.' So I said, 'all right, an award winning host is telling me that, so okay, no problem.' And then he said, 'you have one of the best jobs in the world. So just enjoy it.'" Defending Survivor Paolo also admitted that he has encountered questions and comments that compares Survivor Philippines with the other franchises. stars"You can't avoid the comparison, but really what is important is that Castaway Productions is ready for a second season. They can't wait for us to start, they are really happy with our production,” explained the Survivor Philippines host. He further raised the point that we are the only second Asian country to have been granted a Survivor franchise after Japan. "Japan has a very strong economy but we pulled it off. We have about 91 Filipinos working in Thailand hand in hand, and America has 400. We have the shortest timeline in the world. So there are a lot of things to be proud of, kaya bubuhatin ko talagaang bangko ng buong staff and crew for that. So those people who really love the show, keep on watching, it is going to keep getting better." At the end of the chat we asked him about his experience and he has two words: "Nabitin ako!"
