Sa isang opening ng restaurant sa Cavite, inamin ng Kapuso actor na nag-lose na siya ng mahigit 20 pounds dahil top priority na raw niya ang health at physical wellness.

Ang sikreto ng kaniyang diet? High intensity workout at clean eating.

Pahayag ni Alden, “[Ang exercise ko ay] high intensity workout.

“Tapos in terms of food I can only eat sauteed sa olive oil na gulay. Any gulay, lahat!

“So, bubusugin mo 'yung sarili mo dun sa kamote at saging na saba.

“Tapos lean meat like chicken and fish.”
