Philippines' premiere wedding band 3rd Avenue is set to celebrate a new milestone in their musical career as they reach their 15th anniversary in the industry.

3rd Avenue promises a celebratory concert titled 3XV, which will be filled with great music and fond memories, to be held at the Music Museum on September 26

The group is composed of composed of Paolo Ledesma (Vocalist), Beng Gatmaitan (Drummer), Adonis Tabanda (Bassist/Musical Director), Lester Cerda (Saxophonist), Joy Reyes (Vocalist) Smith Javier (Vocalist), Ryan Girado (Keyboardist), Gino Madrid (Guitarist), Miguel Nuñez (Keyboardist), Anthony Dio (Drummer), Joshua Royeca (Bassist), Karen Bingco (Vocalist), Muriel Ting (Vocalist), and Alchris Ramirez (Vocalist).

At the concert's pocket press conference, Paolo admitted that it took them a while to decide on staging a solo concert.

“Mayroong mga musings and hesitations, may mga takot kami to stage our first major concert,” he explained.

The 14-member group not only known as wedding singers, they are also a familiar group that does backup performance with popular local singers.

The group composed the songs “Hangga't Tayo'y Magkasama” and “O, Kay Sarap,” which were used in GMA Network's previous TV series, Daisy Siete Season 18: Prince Charming and the Seven Maids.

While their song “Aking Hiling” was used as the theme song of Korean drama Sunrise previously aired on QTV-11.

3rd Avenue's version of Rannie Raymundo's song “Why Can't It Be” is part of the soundtrack of GMA Film's romantic-comedy movie My Bestfriend's Girlfriend (2008).

At 3XV concert, 3rd Avenue will achieve its most-awaited moment--to get the spotlight.

“Feeling namin it's about time na mag-stage kami ng sariling concert namin para ma-fulfill naman ang mga pangarap namin,” said Paolo.

Aside from popular and most-requested wedding songs, 3rd Avenue will also perform classics from the '80s and '90s and songs that were national anthems of Gen Xers that the millennial and Gen Zs still dig now.

“The concert is going to be our musical journey.

“We will keep you from weddings, pero marami rin sa mga songs yung mga hindi namin nakakanta sa weddings.

“So, siyempre, sa weddings tayo magsisimula, pero as it progresses, magagawa rin naminnam yung iba naming hindi nagagawa,” Paolo related with excitement.
