Back in May 2018, the Kapuso actress announced that she's pregnant with twins. Unfortunately, before the month ended, she confirmed that she lost one of her twins.
A month later, Heart painfully revealed the sad news about the loss of her remaining baby, whom she already named Mira.
In a simple but heartfelt post via Instagram Story, the Kapuso actress remembered the birthday of her little Mira.
She captioned her post saying, “Today was your birthday. Know mama thinks about you.”
