Jo Koy on his trip to the country: “Shooting something special in the Philippines.”
Filipino-American standup comedian Jo Koy, known for his appearance in different late-night shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Chelsea Lately, is currently in Manila for his Just Kidding World Tour.
But before he brings the laughs, the comedian was spotted at Farmers Market in Cubao yesterday morning.
By the looks of it, Jo Koy is shooting something special in the famous wet market.
On Instagram, he posted a short selfie video with the caption: “Shooting something special in the Philippines. Who's ready?? #mahalkita”
Meanwhile, on the Facebook page of The Araneta City, Jo Koy is seen conversing with the locals and interviewing local vendors.
Joseph Glenn Herbert, known professionally as Jo Koy, is of Filipino descent on his mother's side.
His Just Kidding World Tour will be held at the SM Mall of Asia on January 15. As of this writing, tickets are currently sold out.
