Joey de Leon sought the help of biblical Archangels for protection against COVID-19.
One of Eat Bulaga's pioneer host Joey de Leon has been fueling the prayer campaign against COVID-19 for some time now.
This time, he has also sought the help of biblical archangels for protection against COVID-19.
On his Instagram posts on Wednesday, Joey shared photos of Archangels Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Chamuel, Azrael, Jophiel, and Ariel.
He said, “Archangels Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Jophiel, Ariel, Azrael and Chamuel please protect us!”
His social media followers also expressed their wishes and prayers to the angels.
On Monday, March 23, the actor-comedian asked the public to join them pray the rosary intended for the safety of the country against COVID-19.
Meanwhile, in a bid to curb the spread of deadly 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Luzon is placed under enhanced community quarantine where people are advised to practice strict home quarantine.
