After waiting for hours, celebrities couldn't help but react to President Rodrigo Duterte's report.

Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez let the people know her frustrations on President Rodrigo Duterte after the supposed 4 pm speech aired around 11 pm.

“Waiting for the President,” Janine wrote on Twitter after retweeting a quote about waiting for someone.

After the speech, Janine vented her frustrations on President Duterte's report.

“Hay. Nakakalungkot. Kung essay yun sa exam, hindi papasa,” Janine tweeted.

“Wala naman yatang nasagot sa mga tanong ng bayan. I appreciate the visibility but that means nothing without transparency.

“Anong plano? Hindi naman pwedeng tiwala lang.”

Actress Lauren Young also shared her frustrations online. She wrote, “Di na talaga ako aasa na on time si Duterte ever.”

Director Kip Oebanda also slammed the President's remarks. In his speech, President Duterte thanked the government of China and Singapore for their help.

The President also said that the fallen doctors are “lucky” to have died while serving the country.

“Expectation: Breakdown of budget, plans, interventions for the frontliners and vulnerable groups,” the director tweeted after the speech.

“We got: Awards acceptance speech na thank you sa lahat. Death is not so bad.

“A promise to catch the corrupt, maybe set them free after the crisis. Thank you, to my pamelie (China).”

Meanwhile, TV host Bianca Gonzales, and fashion photographer BJ Pascual called for transparency and breakdown of the supplemental budget Congress approved.

Bianca tweeted, “March 31: Petition for government to release an official detailed update on the progress and projects of the P250B++ funds 2 to 3 times a week.”

“Kahit listahan po na official. Para lang po alam ng mga taong nangangailangan ang tulong na dumating at dadating. Please po.”

BJ echoed Bianca's tweet, asking the President about his plans.

“Wait, what???? That's it? We waited for almost 8 hours for THAT? Ano po yung plano? Paano po yung 200 Billion saan po mapupunta? #TanongNgTaongBayan,” the photographer tweeted.
