Actress Stephanie Sol revealed that she gave birth to Selene, her daughter whom she calls the light during her darkest days.
Actress Stephanie Sol shared her heartwarming motherhood story in a lengthy Instagram post on Mother's Day.
It was the first time that the former Miss Teen Philippines posted a photo of her daughter, whom she named Selene Eumi.
"True to your name, Selene, Goddess of the Moon, you are the light during my darkest days. Your birth is a blessing and the day you were born is also the day a new part of me came to life.
"You are my adventure of a lifetime - my forever. You are proof that we get more than what we deserve in this life. You are my greatest gift and my biggest blessing."
Stephanie confessed that even though she is a newbie in her new role as a mother, she vowed that Selene will be guided and protected.
“I do not know much about motherhood. We will both learn as we go- but know that no matter what- I will love you, protect you and fight for you with all of my might.”
According to the new mom, Selene made her experience beauty worth celebrating every day.
“You are the best part of me. Through you I am able to experience beauty I've never seen before. You make me want to be a better person. Thank you.”
Stephanie expressed her love and gratitude to her baby girl as she celebrates her first mother's day.
“Thank you because you're the reason why I get to celebrate today... but truly- you're the reason why I get to celebrate every day. I love you to the moon and back, Selene Eumi.
“I'm so grateful you gave me the privilege of being called Mama. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MOMMAS!”
