Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson takes his own photos in quarantine for GQ feature and talks about his lead role in 'Batman'

Even A-list actor Robert Pattinson is also in home quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic, but he is taking it in stride as he takes his self-portraits from his London home.

In an interview with GQ magazine for his June-July cover story, Robert gives an update on his quarantine life after filming for Batman was shut down along with other public activities.

“I almost immediately totally lost all sense of time,” Robert told GQ.

Despite being a Los Angeles native, Robert is in lockdown with his girlfriend in an apartment in London.

Interestingly, Robert said he's used to spending time alone even if he's an actor.

The 33-year-old actor was only 21 when he was cast in his first Twilight film, which later on became a franchise hit.

He was also cast in David Cronenberg movies, putting him on the road in Australia, Canada, or New York City.

When he's not working, Robert said he hides from the limelight and staying away from the papparazzi.

“I spend so much time by myself, 'cause you're just kind of always forced to, that I can't really remember what it was like not really having that kind of lifestyle,”
Robert said.

He also revealed he's on a meal plan for his Batman role, "I'm essentially on a meal plan for Batman.

"Thank God. I don't know what I'd be doing other than that.

"But I mean, yeah, other than--I can survive.

"I'll have oatmeal with, like, vanilla protein powder on it.

"And I will barely even mix it up. It's extraordinarily easy. Like, I eat out of cans and stuff.

"I'll literally put Tabasco inside a tuna can and just eat it out of the can."

While in quarantine, Robert is spending his days just like a lot of other people, “I went for a run around the park today,” he said.

“I'm so terrified of being, like, arrested. You're allowed to run around here. But the terror I feel from it is quite extreme.”

He's nervous that way. Just going back into the world, whenever the world finally comes back? That might be the hard part.

Currently, he is cast for a Christopher Nolan called Tenet, supposedly coming out in July.

He also has gothic noir The Devil All the Time, to be released on Netflix this fall.

Batman was set to be released earlier next year, but was has already been moved to October 2021.
