Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung in Backstreet Rookie

New stills of Ji Chang Wook and co-star Kim Yoo Jung from their upcoming series 'Backstreet Rookie' have been released.

It might take a little time getting used to, but Ji Chang Wook's upcoming romantic comedy series Convenience Store Saet Byul will now be called Backstreet Rookie outside of Korea.

In some new stills released by the show's production team, Ji Chang Wook can be seen disheveled and haggard as 24-hour convenience store owner Choi Dae Hyun.

Based on popular webtoon, Convenience Store Saet Byul tells the story of Choi Dae Hyun, who opens a convenience store after quitting his job at a large company.

He then meets the eccentric Jung Saet Byul who he will soon hire as a part-time employee.

Backstreet Rookie is set to premiere on June 12 in South Korean television network SBS.
