Miss Multinational 2017 Sophia Senoron

"Because you win, you become more of a prized target. The biggest thing that I was offered was bahay, condo, car, everything.

Dugtong pa niya, "People just think that women are easy targets and it's a terrible, terrible narrative.

"No matter where you are in the world, gano'n 'yung perspective. Women will always be considered as an object in some parts of the world and it's disgusting, and it's something that needs to stop."

"Super grabe talaga 'pag local pageants. If you ever go to local pageants, you'll see the hunger in women's eyes, the hunger, the managers."

"Putting a spotlight onto it, it's very important because we really do believe that women in the industry need protection."

"Aside from the pressure of the competition, if you feel unsafe, mag-iiba ka talaga. You walk away from your dream which might be the most heartbreaking thing."

"Everywhere they go, they are always with chaperones, and some of them, the young ones, nire-require ko 'yung family nila or parents nila to be present."
