Over on Instagram and YouTube, Hwasa gave a snippet of what's to come by posting an enigmatic visual video for “Intro: Nobody Else.”
In the two-minute clip, we see Hwasa looking beyond a beautiful scenery while flashes of her journey as a member of the girl group MAMAMOO cut into the scene.
She penned in the caption, “6.29, 6 pm, Maria. I'm ready.”
This is not Hwasa's first solo venture outside MAMAMOO. In 2019, the vocalist released her solo track “Twit” which earned generally positive responses from fans and critics alike.
She also shared her singing voice in the track “Orbit” that served as an OST for the recently concluded K-drama The King: Eternal Monarch.
'Maria' will be the third solo project within the girl group after leader Solar released “Spit It Out” and rapper Moonbyul released her album 'Dark Side Of The Moon.'
