Powerhouse singer Hwasa's mini-album 'Maria' is taking over local and international music charts.

MAMAMOO's Hwasa is skyrocketing over the music scene!

Her new music immediately became a hot topic in both local and international charts upon the release of her first mini-album 'Maria.'

'Maria' ranked first on Korean music chart Genie, second on MelOn and Naver Music, and third on Bugs music charts.

All of the songs on her mini-album also charted, proving her queen status and influence in the music scene.

The powerhouse singer also quickly became known internationally as the mini-album rose to the top of the iTunes Album charts in over 20 regions including the United States and Austria.

This makes Hwasa the first Korean female soloist to top the iTunes Album Chart.

The mini-album was released on June 29 with the title track “Maria” that empowers its listeners to work for their passion.

The song's lyrics were written by Hwasa herself and expresses the need to fight back against unfair public judgment.
