Rapper Cardi B has filed for a divorce petition from her husband Offset and is seeking legal custody of their daughter, Kulture.
American rapper and songwriter Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar has filed for divorce from her husband, rapper Offset.
The "WAP" singer has requested to end her marriage to Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus.
She is also seeking an equitable division of their marital assets as well as for Offset to pay both child support and all of her legal fees from the divorce.https://t.co/mCyCDK9IBh

According to reports, the 27-year-old rapper asked for "primary physical custody" of their two-year-old daughter, Kulture, and for Offset's "support and maintenance" for their child.

Cardi's representatives also stated that she and Offset are living in a "bona fide state of separation" and their marriage is "irretrievably broken."
Cardi and Offset secretly wed in September 2017. In December 2018, they welcomed their first child, Kulture. Soon after giving birth Cardi announced she and Offset have broken up, but later on revealed that she and her husband had been trying to make their relationship work.
