Actor-singer Khalil Ramos is now a certified Kapuso after signing an exclusive management contract with GMA Artist Center on October 13.
In an interview with Nelson Canlas for 24 Oras, he admitted that he felt nervous since this is a new beginning for his career.

“I was very nervous lalo na last week. Kinakabahan ako kasi hindi ko alam kung ano ie-expect ko but just the warmth of my new Kapuso team. Their overwhelming amount of support is really gratifying,” he said.
As a new Kapuso actor, Khalil named some of the network's brightest stars whom he wants to work with.
“I actually look up to so many Kapuso stars. Some that I grew up watching. I grew up watching the comedy skits of Sir Bitoy [Michael V.].
“For actors, one actor that I really look up to the most is si Kuya Dingdong [Dantes.] He is an extremely talented actor,” he said.
As for his onscreen partner, aside from his girlfriend Kapuso Millennial It Girl Gabbi Garcia, he said that he wants to be paired with Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
“Ka-loveteam, aside from Gabbi…siguro one would have to be Jasmine Curtis-Smith. She's a good friend. I'm also a fan of her work,” he added.
Khalil entered the entertainment industry in 2011 at the age of 15 through a reality talent competition.
