Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas took pride after Miss Iloilo Rabiya Occeña Mateo was crowned as the Miss Universe Philippines 2020.
In a Facebook post, Mayor Jerry congratulated Rabiya and threw his support on her journey.
