Heart Evangelista on plastic surgery rumors: “I hate the idea that some people think I'm lying.”

Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista has had enough of the rumors going around that she's gone under the knife to be able to look the way she is at 35 years old.

The Queen of Creative Collaborations shared her truth with fans in a question and answer portion on Instagram Story early Monday, October 26.

“I have never done anything to my face. My eyes, nose, etc., were made by God. I swear,” she said.

“I have nothing against it. In fact, I am for it if ikagaganda mo.

“I just hate the idea that some people think I am lying.”

She continued, “I also scar very bad, so that freaks me out -- knowing when I'm much, much older, how will I do some work?”

This isn't the first time Heart addressed the rumor.

In her book, “This Is Me, Love Marie,” the actress and fashionista already set the record straight about her thoughts on going under the knife in one of the chapters.

She said, “[Don't] get obsessed with cosmetic surgery. There's a limit when you already look better.

“For the record, I never had anything done on my face -- not my eyes, and definitely not my nose!

“I do have a keloid on the side of my right eye from a childhood accident and a chickenpox scar on my upper lip -- but not from surgery!”

The multi-talented Kapuso actress also answered a fan who said she assumes that Heart is a patient woman.

“It takes a lot for me to get mad,” she clarified.

“But I do [get mad]. I'm a very transparent person. When I was younger, I would cry because I was too afraid to say anything and fight for myself.

“But now, I will never allow anything or anyone hurt me.”

She advised the fan, “Here are some scenario options: [you can] walk out, [you can] confront the situation para matapos na malay mo you can be friends pala, or [you can] lift it to God because for sure if you didn't do anything to hurt others, He will bless you abundantly.”
