EXO's Chen shows off his military hairstyle a week after starting his enlistment.
A week after his scheduled enlistment, EXO member Chen has finally shown his military hairstyle, the mandatory buzz cut, for EXO-Ls to see.
On November 4, photos of a smiling Chen circulated worldwide, prompting fans to share the images across other social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.

The photos came exactly nine days after the group's sendoff photo, which has become a tradition to the K-pop group.
It can be recalled that EXO had done the same when members Xiumin, D.O., and Suho enlisted for the military.

Chen announced his enlistment date to fans with a handwritten letter, a day after releasing his single “Hello.”
He said in the letter, “The reason I'm writing to all of you today is to inform you that I'll be enlisting in the military on October 26 and to at least say goodbye to you through this letter.”
Chen enlisted as an active duty soldier for his military service.
