Vico Sotto on his look-alike: “Bakit may video na nagpapasalamat ako sa sarili ko?”
It looks like Carl Cervantes's costume has officially landed on Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto's lap as the latter reacts to the former's brief stint last Halloween.
On Vico's Instagram Story, a video of Carl is seen praising the incumbent Mayor and thanking him for a job well done to his constituents.
“Gusto ko sabihin kay Mayor [Vico], maraming salamat sa iyong serbisyo at ipagpatuloy niyo po ang ginagawa ninyo kasi maraming tao ang nag-aabang sa mga ginagawa mo,” Carl says in the video.
“Nakaka-inspire. Salamat sa lahat.”
Vico's reply? “Bakit may video na nagpapasalamat ako sa sarili ko!?!?! Hahaha”

Last October 31st, the 25-year-old recreated photos of Vico Sotto and his mom Coney Reyes. The set of photos went viral immediately gaining more than 9,000 likes and 1,000 shares on Facebook.
In the comments, many netizens commended Carl not only for his funny portrayal but also for how he closely resembles the government official.
Before his Halloween stint, Carl is a former StarStruck alumna and has bagged various roles in GMA shows including Magpakailanman, Maynila, and Meant To Be.
