Sinagot ni Derek Ramsay ang komentong nagli-link sa kanila ni Pops Fernandez.
Sa kabila ng pagkumpirma ni Derek Ramsay sa hiwalayan ni Andrea Torres, hindi pa rin nahihinto ang mga negatibong komento tungkol sa aktor.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, patuloy pa rin ang pagsagot ni Derek sa bashers.
Bukod sa pagbatikos sa kanyang dating history, iniuugnay din siya ngayon sa Concert Queen na si Pops Fernandez.
Sabi ng isang nagkomento, "MISIS Pops Fernandez wins haha."
Hindi ito pinalagpas ni Derek at sinabing, "Lahat nalang bigyan ng issue."
Kahapon, November 19, nilinaw ni Derek na walang third party sa paghihiwalay nila ni Andrea.
"There is no third party!!!! The breakup has happened so fast. Maybe 2 people are just not meant to be. Pls respect us nalang," sabi ni Derek.
Matagal nang magkakila sina Derek at Pops, bago pa lumabas isyu ng hiwalayan ng una at ng Kapuso actress.
Sa katunayan, kamakailan lang ay magkasama pang nag-host sina Derek at Pops ng virtual press conference para sa bagong ugnayan ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) at PLDT and Smart Communications.
Makikita rin ang pagiging malapit nilang magkaibigan sa nakaraang live interview ni Pops kay Derek para sa kanyang YouTube channel.
Dito ay nagkuwento pa si Derek tungkol sa kanila ni Andrea nang matanong tungkol sa pagpapakasal.
Sabi ng aktor, "Alam mo, the great thing about quarantine is you can reflect and you can do so much thinking.
"The other times are boring but most of the time, I'm just thinking about so many things, and that is probably in the top three.
"My parents have been married for almost 50 years, so I have a perfect marriage to follow. I just don't want to make mistakes.
"Right now, I'm in a very happy place, and I think she would make a beautiful wife.
"Like, we get along in so many ways, we connect in so many ways. and during the quarantine period,
"I've been thinking a lot about having kids and settling down.
"I'm finishing my house, my dream house, where I plan to live for the next 20 years, in Alabang. I was just about to move in, actually.
"Everyone says, 'Derek, you're all by yourself, why would you build house like this?' I was like, 'Because I plan to fill it up.'
"I plan to start my family, so fingers cross it will be very soon."
