The Aliw Awards 2020 will take place on December 8 at the Manila Hotel.
The Clash and Centerstage director Louie Ignacio is set to induct into the Aliw Awards 2020 Hall of Fame for Best Concert Stage Director.
The awarding ceremony will take place on December 8 at the Manila Hotel.
Direk Louie took to Instagram to thank the Aliw Awards Foundation for the recognition.
He wrote with folded hands and heart emojis, "Blessings. Maraming salamat ALIW AWARDS Foundation sa pagkilala. Iba 'pag may ALIW award."
Founded by Alice Reyes in 1976, Aliw Awards is the country's longest running pioneering award-giving body for live entertainment.
Prior to his Aliw Hall of Fame award, Direk Louie was formally given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the recently concluded International Film Festival Manhattan 2020.
The director earned the award for his contribution to the entertainment industry for the past 25 years.
