The Miss Universe 2015 is also the cover girl of NOW Magazine Los Angeles.
It's a busy and productive December for Pia Wurtzbach.
The Miss Universe 2015 has just been named Woman of the Year by the Dubai-based luxury travel magazine Xpedition.
Pia personally received the award during a gala ceremony held yesterday, December 6, in Dubai.
Xpedition is the same magazine that featured Alden Richards on its cover last year. It marked the first time that a male celebrity has graced the magazine's cover.
“15 awards were given out tonight and I'm so grateful to receive one of them. Thank you for recognizing my efforts,” Pia wrote on Instagram.
She posted a picture of the trophy as well as other snaps taken during the event including a picture of her riding a camel in the desert.
It was also while in Dubai when Pia shared on Instagram some images from her pictorial for NOW Magazine Los Angeles.
Pia is the cover of the said magazine for its December issue.
