Dating rumors involving two Korean singers Taeyeon and Ravi have been circulating on the internet, however, their entertainment agencies have a thing to say regarding the issue.

On December 27, Korean media outlet Joy News 24 reported K-pop group Girls Generation member Taeyeon and Korean rapper and VIXX member Ravi have been dating for a year.

The news outlet said a close acquaintance of the two relayed information to the media about Taeyeon and Ravi dating some time after being introduced to each other over a year ago. Joy News 24 reported Taeyeon and Ravi were spotted going inside Ravi's house together on Christmas day.

Korean media outlet Allkpop also reported a YouTube channel called Reporter Simple Lee was the first person to reveal the dating rumors through a video which has since been deleted.

She later on uploaded a second video, where she announced, "I'll tell you just the facts. I learned of their relationship back in October from an insider who knows them very well. It's true that they've been dating for a year. Their relationship is more than just sunbae-hoobae. They depend on and care about each other. What more do I have to say? They spent the entire time since Christmas to today together. I'll show you the video of them dating. It's up to you to decide."

She said, "They're both popular celebrities, so they enjoyed their date at home. They were together for 55 hours from Christmas to the 27th. They never left each other's side."

Meanwhile, the two artists' agencies have denied the dating rumors. Ravi's agency, GROOVL1N, has issued a statement denying the reports. GROOVL1N said that Ravi and Taeyeon are just close friends and colleagues who got to know each other while working on their music together. The agency also asked everyone to refrain from sparking more speculations regarding the two singers.

Taeyeon's agency SM Entertainment gave news outlet Sports Kyunghyang a brief statement: “They are only close colleagues who work on music together.”

Currently, Taeyeon is appearing as a regular cast member on tvN's Amazing Saturday. She also released her fourth mini album “What Do I Call You” on December 15, while Ravi is featured on KBS 2TV's 2 Days & 1 Night Season 4.
